This service is for specimen pickup and delivery requests scheduled outside of standard business hours. It is intended for urgent, time-sensitive laboratory transport requiring priority handling and expedited dispatch.
After-Hours Definition:
Monday-Saturday: after 6:00 PM
Sundays & federal holidays: all day
This service Includes priority handling and expedited transport to the designated laboratory or delivery location.
Mileage Notice: Pricing includes travel within a standard local service radius. Extended-distance or out-of-area pickups may require additional mileage fees. Clients will be contacted prior to dispatch for approval if additional charges apply.
Requests submitted during standard business hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) may be reassigned to standard courier service with pricing adjusted accordingly.
After-hours courier services are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred.
