This service is for urgent STAT specimen pickup and delivery requests scheduled outside of standard business hours. It is designed for time-sensitive laboratory specimens that require immediate priority handling and expedited transport to the designated laboratory or facility.
After-Hours Definition:
Monday-Saturday: after 6:00
Sundays & federal holidays: allday
This service includes immediate priority dispatch and expedited transport.Client must ensure specimens are properly packaged and ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Pickup Location Required :Please ensure the full pickup address is entered at checkout. his is the ;location where the specimen will be collected. Incorrect or incomplete address may delay dispatch.
Requests submitted during standard business hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) may be reassigned to standard STAT courier service with pricing adjusted accordingly.
Mileage Notice: Pricing includes travel within a standard local service radius. Extended-distance or out-of-area requests may require additional mileage fees and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
