After Hours mobile blood draw services provided outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Blood specimens are collected in the comfort of the client's location and prepared for laboratory processing per provider orders.
This service includes mobile dispatch within standard service areas. Additional mileage fees may apply for extended travel and will be confirmed prior o appointment confirmation. Laboratory testing fees are not included unless otherwise stated.
Appointment Policy:
After-hours appointments are non-refundable once confirmed. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in full service charges.
After Service Notice:
After-hours appointments are scheduled outside normal business hours and are subject to limited availability. Provider orders or lab requisitions are required for blood collections services.
