Observed urine specimen collection performed outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This service follows required observation protocols when mandated by an employer , legal authority, or testing program.
Clients must have valid authorization, donor identification, and any required forms available at the time of service. The listed price includes After-hours mobile service within standard service areas. Additional mileage fees may apply for extended travel and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Appointment Policy:
After-hours observed collections are non-refundable once confirmed. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be chanrged the full service fee.
