STAT Specimen Courier & Urgent Laboratory Drop-Off

This STAT service is reserved for urgent or time-sensitive specimen transport requiring immediate or priority dispatch. Pricing reflects expedited handling and direct transport to the designated laboratory. STAT services are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred.

Mileage & Service Area Policy: Pricing includes travel within standard local service radius. Extended travel outside the primary service area may require an additional mileage fee, which will be disclosed and approved prior to dispatch. No additional mileage charges will be applied without client confirmation.

STAT services are intended for same-day ,urgent, or immediate pickup requests that cannot wait for standard courier service.

Client must ensure specimens are properly packaged, labeled, and ready at the scheduled pickup time. Delays in availability may result in cancellation without refund once dispatch has occurred.

Service address and contact phone number must be accurate at booking. A technician may contact the client prior to arrival for confirmation or clarification.
