Urinalysis dipstick screening add-on. This mobile service must be booked with a primary mobile service (example: Mobile Wellness Visit, blood draw, DNA collection, or other appointment).
If this service is booked by itself, the appointment will be canceled and refunded minus any processing fee, or rescheduled into an eligible service.

The test screens for common indicators such as glucose, protein, ketones, blood, and possible infection markers. Results are provided for screening purposes only and are intended to diagnose medical conditions.
Abnormal results may require follow-up with a licensed healthcare provider. Please follow any instructions provided at the time of booking.
